Join P/PREP for an opportunity to learn about and tour TurnStyle, NYC s newest retail development that transformed a century-old public concourse within the Metropolitan Transit Authority system into a vibrant public marketplace.

We will first meet at the offices of OasesRE at 1745 Broadway, 17th Floor, for a discussion with the team that shaped this significant privatization of a New York subway station. Then, as a group, we will head down to the TurnStyle space for a behind-the-scenes guided tour. Following the tour, we will retreat to Hudson Common at the Hudson Hotel, at 358 West 58th Street, for drinks and networking.
