Join P/PREP on the fabulous BAM Fisher Building rooftop as we hear from some of the Downtown Brooklyn Cultural District s leading organizations and developers about how cultural organizations have shaped growth and development in one of Brooklyn s hottest neighborhoods.
Representatives from the Brooklyn Academy of Music, the Downtown Brooklyn Partnership, HR&A Advisors and Two Trees will join in on a panel discussion that will touch on the history and growth of the neighborhood, how developers and arts organizations have successfully collaborated, and also how cultural organizations, and the City, are currently dealing with the challenges resulting from rising real estate costs.
Panelists include:
Candace Damon, Vice Chairman, HR&A Advisors
Andrew Kalish, Director of Cultural Development, Downtown Brooklyn Partnership
Keith Stubblefield, Chief Financial Officer, Brooklyn Academy of Music
David Lombino, Director of Special Projects, Two Trees Management Co.
Please note that the Panel discussion will begin at 6:30PM sharp, so please do your best to arrive early.
Following the panel, join P/PREP (and maybe a panel participant or two) for drinks and networking at Mullanes Bar & Grill, 71 Lafayette Ave, Brooklyn, NY 11217.
